Because I have taken on a personal ministry to young men who are struggling to get over addiction and a youth full of crime, I see a lot of things that most people in my position in life can't even imagine. I am not surprised that the President of the NAACP has come out and said this in terms of it being true, because it is, but I am surprised because their agenda has been strongly to blindly support him. Unfortunately if he really wants the change he is speaking of the time to complain was before the election not after.
This is what gets me about the left in general, they say they want positive change yet they keep doing the very things that work against it. I don't think Obama ever cared about Black people because Obama appears to care only for Obama and serves whoever is pulling his strings. I give him this, he puts on a good stage show and because of it even those who remain suffering also remain supporters.
It was only in the last months of 2012 that I started hearing grumbles from the street about what Obama hasn't done. It was too little too late. Will the people who voted for the color of his skin and his smile learn anything from this experience? I can only wager a guess based on my own experiences to say no they won't. If another black man runs who is even worse than Obama they will jump up on his bandwagon too as long as he is a Democrat. It is the Democrat promises and handouts that are keeping these people blind. I read elsewhere that this is one of the sickest forms of slavery that there could be and I agree. The mind that is controlled in a way that keeps people happy with their low stations in life cannot be described anyway other than pure evil.
If they really wanted to help these people become independent and strong in life, they have billions of dollars at their disposal to do it. But instead they spend it on foreign countries and give just enough out to our poor to keep them poor with penalties for any who try to break out of the cycle. If you lose your hand outs in whole for trying to break out then few will ever even try. I see this every day.
So Mr. Jealous, if you really care about your fellow "colored people" stop supporting Democrats and their failing socialist agendas and start pushing for changes in laws that will help people up not just give them a hand out.
