Nancy Pelosi spoke once again out of her safe zone, aka in her case the Twilight Zone, in a letter to Paul Ryan saying "The American people and members have a right to know the full impact of this legislation before any vote in Committee or by the whole House."
Yes, this is the same Nancy Pelosi who told us "We have to pass the bill to find out what is in it" when Obamacare came up for a vote. BTW you will get a good laugh out of the other things she said along with this famous comment in the following video. As you can see, she couldn't have been any more wrong about what the ACA was/is.
Sooooooooooo - Which is it Nancy? Pass the bill before we can see what is in it? -OR- Americans have the right to know what is in it before the bill passes?
At any rate, unlike the ACA, aka Obamacare, the first phase of the proposed bill has been published multiple places for anyone to read. So read away American citizens, and ignore that crazy lady in the back of the room looking for her long lost gavel and her rusty botox needle.
