Trump Opposition Research Part 1 - The Responsibility to Vet Donald Trump

Enough opposition research to "knock Trump Tower down"

On April 12, 2016 , David Brock, a supporter of Hillary Clinton said "his researchers had assembled a trove of opposition research on Donald Trump that Democrats could use to “knock Trump Tower down to the sub-basement.”

It took ten minutes to find this stuff on Donald J. Trump. If the Republican Party fails to properly vet Donald Trump before we nominate him, it could be the end of the Party. Donald Trump has not released his tax returns

There is a lot of stuff, bad stuff that the public does not yet know about Donald Trump. Republicans have some of it, but they do not want to damage their own potential candidate. Democrats have more bad stuff and new bad stuff, but are waiting until Trump is nominated. The media is playing along with Trump for all he is worth for the ratings. They will savagely turn on him and hit him much harder and more effectively than they did John McCain. Donald Trump will lose so badly it will make McCain look like the a winner.

Donald Trump has personally hurt many people over the years. If Brock is correct and they did personal interviews with Trump's victims, then it will all be new stuff. The Left is very good at making Republicans look mean and evil without a shred of evidence. The stories told by Donald Trump's victims are real and they will make him unelectable.

Remember how they annihilated Mitt Romney, a relatively good man, who was as middle of the road as they come. Donald Trump is the poster boy for everything wrong in American business and politics, the cronyism, the back room deals and personal attacks on anyone he dislikes, like Megyn Kelly, etc.

Everyone is currently disregarding Donald Trump's off the cuff, sometimes cute, many times mean, politically incorrect, and just plain incorrect, remarks. The apparent acceptance of the unacceptable is touted as Donald Trump having broken the political mold,  giving him an air of invulnerability. He broke the mold, all right along with every rule of common courtesy, decency, and honesty. Nevertheless, all those remarks are being collected, cataloged, and correlated to become lethal weapons if and when Donald Trump becomes the Republican Nominee.

The GOP encouraged Trump because they could cut deals with Trump. They only realized how dangerous he was when he refused to denounce David Duke. Donald Trump has turned the Primary into a Republican and conservative blood bath. Donald Trump has done in eleven months what Barak Obama could not do in seven years, the destruction of the Republican Party. Now Donald Trump wants the Republican Party to break the rules and hand him our Parties resources to continue his demolition of the Party of Abraham Lincoln who, by the way, was nominated at a contested Convention!

during a passionate defense of the "New York values" of those who suffered in the September 11, 2001 terror attacks, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump seemed to get a little confused. He praised the New Yorkers "down on 7-11," who demonstrated bravery in the midst of a terror attack.

By the time of the 2008 general election season, the nature of some of the McCain campaign's tactics had tipped the balance of past respect for some observers. Washington Post columnist and past McCain admirer Richard Cohen said that "the John McCain of old is unrecognizable. He has become the sort of politician he once despised."[38] Writer Michael Kinsley noted falsehoods stated by the McCain campaign and ponders whether it will be "necessary to wait for one of McCain’s conveniently delayed conversions to righteousness."[39]

For many middle-class Americans, it is the most coveted brand in real estate, synonymous with sky-piercing luxury and can’t-miss quality: Donald J. Trump. Far from the New York City towers that bear his name, in cities like Tampa, Fla., and Philadelphia, house hunters clamor to buy into his developments, sometimes exhausting credit lines and wiping out savings for a chance to own a piece of his gilded empire. But as Mr. Trump, who is weighing a bid for the White House, has zealously sought to cash in on his name, he has entered into arrangements that home buyers describe as deliberately deceptive — designed, they said, to exploit the very thing that drew them to his buildings: their faith in him.

Don't be fooled by The Donald. Take it from one who knows: I'm a South Jersey gal who was raised on the outskirts of Atlantic City in the looming shadow of Trump's towers. All through my childhood, casino developers and government bureaucrats joined hands, raised taxes and made dazzling promises of urban renewal. Then we wised up to the eminent-domain thievery championed by our hometown faux free-marketeers. America, it's time you wised up to Donald Trump's property redistribution racket, too.

Trump or Hillary, pick one or pick none because those will likely be the choices. I didn't vote for Donald and I don't much like him as a personality but I will vote for him if he is the nominee.
