The Enquirer and other sites are doing a hit piece on Raphael, Ted's dad, being associated with Oswald. I have looked at several pictures of him in his youth. Attached are articles and links to images for your consideration.
IMHO except for the weak chin, I don't see enough other similarities to make me feel with any amount of certainty that this is him. If anyone can outright prove this is him, that's a different story. Until then I'm not jumping on this bandwagon.
