This is the flowchart ROPE created from our research into the CCSS and RTT federal education 'reform' initiatives. Please note the very large green area which is the P20 database portion. Also note how interconnected all parts are and how the same names keep popping up over and over again. Just from looking at the chart it should be obvious that only a few organizations and people hold the keys to this coming debacle.
